Refund & Returns Policy

At BuyCases.ie, we want you to be happy with your order. If something is not right, you can return your item within 31 days of receiving it for a refund or exchange.

31 Day Returns

You have 31 days from the date your order is delivered to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

• Unused and in the same condition that you received it
• In its original packaging where possible
• Returned with your order number or proof of purchase

Exchanges

We allow exchanges if you ordered the wrong model, received the wrong item, or need a different option.

If you need an exchange, contact us first so we can confirm stock availability and help you with the next steps.

Damaged, Faulty or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible after delivery.

We may ask for a photo of the item and packaging so we can resolve the issue quickly. Once confirmed, we will offer a replacement, exchange, or refund depending on the situation.

Refunds

Once your return has been received and checked, we will notify you about the approval of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method. Please note that banks and payment providers may take a few working days to show the refund in your account.

Return Shipping

For unwanted items or incorrect model choices, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

If the item is faulty, damaged, or we sent the wrong product, we will help resolve the issue fairly and may cover the return or replacement shipping where applicable.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, we may not be able to accept returns on used screen protectors once the protective film has been removed or the item has been applied.

Phone cases may be returned if they are unused and in good resale condition.
