At BuyCases.ie, we keep returns simple and transparent. All orders ship from Ireland for fast delivery and easy local support.

 

14-Day Returns

You may return your item within 14 days of delivery.

To be eligible:

Item must be unused and in original condition

All original packaging must be included

Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required

We reserve the right to refuse returns that show signs of use or damage.

 

Faulty or Incorrect Items

If you receive:

A damaged item

A manufacturing fault

The wrong product

Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or full refund, including return shipping where applicable.

 

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and quality control reasons, the following may not be returned:

Used phone cases

Items damaged after delivery

Clearance or final sale items (if stated on product page)

 

Return Process

Email our support team with your order number.

Wait for return approval and instructions.

Send the item back using tracked postage.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

We recommend using tracked shipping, as we are not responsible for lost returns.

 

Refunds

Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after we receive and inspect the item.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method.

Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

 

Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges.
If you need a different model, please return your item and place a new order.
